L'Enclume's Alex Rothnie to Cook at Bocuse d'Or Gala Dinner

We're delighted to announce that Alex Rothnie, head chef of L'Enclume, will be cooking at the Bocuse d'Or President's Gala Dinner on Monday, 17th November at Claridge's Hotel, London.

Alex will join six of the UK's three Michelin-starred chefs for this special evening in support of Team UK on their Road to Lyon in the world’s most revered cooking challenge. Alex will present one of L'Enclume's signature dishes in the stunning Claridge's Ballroom.

Guests will have the opportunity to participate in a live auction, featuring money-can’t-buy experiences, with all proceeds helping to give Team UK chefs the best possible chance of achieving gold at the Bocuse D'Or competition.
