The five-course menu has been crafted by Liam Fitzpatrick, Our Farm head chef, and Daniel Cunningham, our Home by Simon Rogan head chef, to showcase the very best ingredients that we’ve cultivated this season. |

Einkorn sourdough focaccia cavolo nero pesto, 'marmite' butter
Barley cracker Our Farm cucumber preserve, and herbs
Broth of Our Farm alliums Corra Linn dumplings, fermented onion
Braised Dexter short rib Our Farm fermented bean salsa, Ratte, and turnips
Warm almond cake Our Farm peach cream, pear and nuts
Toasted hay ganache
The menu runs throughout October, in addition to our three-course menu. Vegetarian, gluten and nut free alternatives are available.
